Terms & Conditions of Coco-peat Malaysia

1. Products and Orders

All products offered are subject to availability. We supply various types of cocopeat and related products for agriculture, gardening, and hydroponic use. Product specifications such as size, weight, moisture content, and packaging may vary slightly due to the nature of cocopeat materials.Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment.

2. Pricing

All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions, raw material costs, or logistics adjustments. Additional charges such as delivery, handling, or export documentation may apply and will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made via approved payment methods listed on our payment page. For bulk or export orders, a deposit may be required, with the remaining balance payable before shipment. Orders will only be processed once payment is received and verified.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines vary depending on order size, product type, and location. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any additional costs due to incorrect details may be charged to the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of incorrect or damaged goods upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods, along with supporting evidence. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. For bulk or custom orders, deposits are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
